She was very responsive. I wasn't sure if it would work on my Brother ScanNCut2. She shared some information with me and I bought it taking a little $2.00 risk. It was worth it. It came out great. I struggled a little bit because I didn't go buy the right adhesive, but the instructions made it very easy. Totally recommend.
