My first try for quilled letters turned out really well & was a great gift for family & friends, I made a card that said Dad for Father’s Day & he loved it so much he framed it! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐I bought the numbers & the letters book and mixed up my reviews - except that I didn't, because both are fantastic!! Measured, scale drawings, showing where & how to fold each outline piece. I didn't realize that each letter/number in the full color tutorial PDF is done using a different technique - so you see examples of using negative space, making pinecones, using multicolored strips, mono-color, etc. etc. AND there a video link for each one!! Louise' video are fantastic - they don't just demonstrate using speeded up film & annoying background music, instead she explains (English) as she creates, giving you tips, things to watch out for, alternatives to her technique...all with that cute & chipper Canadian accent!! I've seen many teachers & tutorials - hers are among the best!! Buy this book - you'll be glad you did!!! Nancy |
