Quilling Cupcake Birthday Card

Make a cupcake greeting card for someone special. Quilling this sweet confection might look difficult, but I've designed a way to make this cupcake swirl look the same each time.

My file includes instructions, templates at actual size, and photos detailing each stage. Type your own message into a pre-designed card background, as you see in the photos shown.

Print, then cut out by hand, and glue your finished cupcake on top. Package it all in an editable envelope.
